BAD NEWS: Knox has hurt his shoulder and requires an operation to fix it. The band will be off the road until July, when Nigel Bennett (ex-Members and The Vibrators) will initially be helping out on guitar.

SAD NEWS: David Wernham, original manager of The Vibrators (later managed such acts as Oletta Adams, Des'ree, etc.), and Knox's cousin, died on the morning of 29th May 2007, in Italy, where he was living with his girlfriend.

The Vibrators most recent album was a '77 punk covers CD for US label Cleopatra. Called
"PUNK: THE EARLY YEARS". It includes
a version of the Dead Boys "SONIC REDUCER" featuring Wayne Kramer (MC5) on vocals,
and Leonard (The Dickies)
singing Motorhead's "VIBRATOR".
CD released in the States on 14th March 2006, and distributed in the UK by Plastic Head.

2004 EUROPEAN TOURS: The band
was out in Europe in 2004 with the UK Subs for two tours. The tours visited France, Germany, Switzerland,
Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy, and were
very successful. Photos: Düsseldorf,

2003 TOURS: The band did two European
tours. Countries visited were: France, Germany, Poland,
Czech Republic, Croatia, Norway, Austria, Italy, and Spain.
